Costa de la Luz

Known as the Coast of Light, this pristine Atlantic stretch is home to miles of expansive, unspoiled beaches. Zahara de los Atunes sits along its southern edge and is featured as the Beach destination for Casera’s first collections. Defined by clear waters and a long-standing fishing heritage, the town’s identity is closely tied to the seasonal bluefin tuna migrations, reflected in its local culture, cuisine, and annual festivals.

As the epicenter for Sherry wine and the enchanting dance of Flamenco and Andalusian horses, Jerez de la Frontera is the City Center destination for Casera’s inaugural collections. Unlike a timeshare, where the property remains owned by the operator and ownership is limited to a right of use, Casera offers true equity ownership through a share in a legal entity that owns the properties outright.

Casera does not retain ownership of the homes. Casera’s role is to deliver them turnkey and fully furnished, provide an owner platform that centralizes booking and home information, and manage the properties once in use.

Ownership within a Casera Collection provides an average of 12 weeks of use per year across three homes, without being tied to fixed dates. Timeshares typically assign the same week each year, limiting flexibility. Each home is truly your own, creating a sense of familiarity and continuity with every stay, rather than rotating between units.

Exiting a timeshare can often be complicated and restrictive. With Casera, shares can be sold after the first year of use, with support in finding a buyer.

The homes in a Casera Collection are thoughtfully located, close enough to offer the convenience of a single second home destination, with the familiarity of the same arrival route and culture. At the same time, they are far enough apart to make owning a home in each truly worthwhile.

This allows co-owners to settle in and experience the distinctly different rhythm each setting offers, with a range of holiday experiences throughout the year.

With 13 co-owners sharing three homes, each receives an average of 12 weeks of use per year. Usage is seasonally balanced, so time may vary depending on when and which homes you choose to enjoy, typically ranging from 7 to 15 weeks per year. Stays are easily booked through Casera’s proprietary co-owner platform.
