The steps to Collection ownership:
Choose southern Spain
Choosing where in Europe to own a second home is often the first decision. Casera intentionally chose Cádiz Province, the southernmost of Andalusia’s eight provinces, drawn by its sun-filled climate, diverse landscapes, rich cultural traditions, and slower pace of life.
Often overlooked by international buyers, Cádiz remains less established as a second-home destination than many neighboring regions. This made it possible to create a Collection spanning Beach, City, and Mountains at a level of investment that would be substantially higher in many of southern Europe’s more established second-home markets.

Owner Qualification
We ensure every owner meets our standards of commitment and stability. You’ll confirm your selected Collection tier, followed by a formal qualification review.
Confirm Your Commitment
You’ll sign a letter of intent and provide a deposit to secure your place within your chosen Collection tier.
Association Creation
Collections are completed in three phases, allowing owners to begin enjoying their homes as early as possible.
Once the first four owners commit, the Owners Association is formally created, remaining funds are transferred, and the first home is acquired and renovated. These founding owners have exclusive access to the first home upon completion.
As the next four owners join, the second home is acquired and renovated. Once ready, owners 1–8 share access to both homes.
Once the remaining five owners join, the third home is acquired. Upon completion, all thirteen owners enjoy access to all three homes within the Collection.
Casera hosts virtual meetings throughout the process, and once all homes are in operation, annual meetings bring all owners together to review updates and plans for the year ahead.
Your Holiday Countdown Begins
As the homes are thoughtfully acquired and transformed, Collection owners are kept informed every step of the way.
Once a phase is fully committed, the corresponding home is ready in approximately 12 months. Each of the three homes is developed in sequence, and once in use, they become your homes to return to.
