Casera offers a considered approach to real equity co-ownership in Andalusia, Spain’s southernmost region.

Inspired by the Spanish word casera, which describes what feels homemade, familiar, and personal, Casera transforms Andalusia from a place to visit into a place to belong. Enjoy variety by co-owning a Collection of three holiday homes in distinctly different settings: a beach town, a historic city center, and a mountain village.

Each Collection is shared by thirteen like-minded co-owners who hold equal ownership of the three homes through an Owners Association, established and professionally managed by Casera.

Casera does not retain ownership interest in the homes.

Casera’s role is to manage the entire journey, from thoughtfully bringing together each group of co-owners to selecting, renovating, and furnishing the homes, and then overseeing operations, maintenance, and booking through a dedicated owner platform once the homes are in use.

Co-owners enjoy the benefits of holiday home ownership without the usual financial and maintenance burdens of owning alone.

A SMART INVESTMENT

Collection tiers begin with two-bedroom homes from €190,000 and extend to five-bedroom homes priced at €495,000, giving access to three fully furnished homes while annual maintenance fees cover the full care of the properties.

For a fraction of the cost of owning a single holiday home, you enjoy ownership of three different homes, along with professional management, long-term appreciation potential, and the flexibility to sell your share after the first year.

THOUGHTFUL USE

Most second homes are only used a few weeks each year. With Casera, sharing doesn’t mean sacrificing time. Each Collection is co-owned by a small group, allowing you to enjoy meaningful time in your holiday homes.

Shared ownership means shared responsibility, with lower individual costs and professionally managed operations. The result is a more considered, sustainable way to enjoy holiday home ownership, one that makes thoughtful use of beautiful homes in hidden-gem destinations.

MORE TIME

Casera’s booking platform is designed to be fair, flexible, and easy to use. It provides access to all three homes across low to peak seasons, balancing demand while ensuring fairness among all co-owners.

With three homes shared by 13 co-owners, each enjoys an average of 12 weeks per year. A flexible, seasonally weighted points system allows your usage to typically range between 7 and 15 weeks annually, depending on when you choose to travel.

NO UPKEEP

Casera delivers fully turnkey homes, thoughtfully designed, furnished, and ready to enjoy from day one. With no ongoing upkeep required, everything is taken care of on your behalf, so you can simply arrive and settle in, every holiday.
