An effortless path to holiday home ownership in southern Spain
Inspired by the Spanish word casera, meaning homemade and rooted in the comforts of home, Casera offers a lasting connection to southern Spain.
Through Collection ownership, live across the defining landscapes of the region, with a home in each destination: Beach, City, and Mountains. A Collection is shared by 13 owners, each with up to 12 weeks of annual use across the three homes. The homes are held through a legal entity, with all owners holding an equal equity share.
Casera does not retain an ownership interest in the homes.
Casera’s role is to guide the entire journey, from bringing together the group of owners and establishing the Owners Association to selecting, designing, renovating, and furnishing the homes. Once in use, Casera manages operations on behalf of the owners, including proactive maintenance and on-call repairs. An owner platform centralizes booking, home information, and communication, and an optional concierge service is available to tailor each stay.
Collection owners enjoy the benefits of holiday home ownership without the usual demands of owning alone, from upfront investment to ongoing upkeep.
Collections are offered in three tiers, each defined by home size and investment level. Every Collection includes one home in each destination: Beach, City, and Mountains.

LOCAL VARIETY
Andalusia, the southernmost region of Spain, offers a way of life distinct from Europe’s more travelled destinations, where unspoiled beaches, vibrant cities, and tranquil mountain villages shaped by local culture all lie within easy reach.
The three destinations within a Collection are close enough to feel connected, yet owning a home in each allows time to settle in, offering a fuller experience of living within the landscapes that define the region.
A SMART WAY TO OWN
Collection tiers begin with two-bedroom homes from €190,000 and extend to five-bedroom homes priced at €495,000, providing ownership across three fully renovated and furnished homes. The homes within a Collection have a combined value significantly above the individual share price, while annual maintenance fees, shared across owners, cover the full care of the properties.
For a fraction of the cost of owning a comparable home individually, ownership across three properties includes professional management, long-term appreciation potential, and the flexibility to sell a share after the first year.
THOUGHTFUL USE
Most holiday homes are only used a few weeks each year. With Casera, use is aligned with ownership. Each Collection is held by a small group, allowing for extended time across the three homes throughout the year.
Shared ownership means shared costs, with lower individual investment and professionally managed homes. The result is a more balanced approach to holiday home ownership.
MORE TIME
Casera’s booking platform is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. It provides equal access to all three homes throughout the year, balancing demand while ensuring fairness among all owners within a Collection.
With three homes shared by 13 owners, each owner receives up to 12 weeks of annual use. Because weeks are seasonally weighted, annual usage will typically range between 8 and 12 weeks depending on travel preferences, with peak season travel generally resulting in fewer overall weeks, while more flexible travel periods may allow for additional time across the three homes.
NO UPKEEP
Casera delivers fully turnkey homes, thoughtfully designed, furnished, and ready to enjoy from day one. With no ongoing upkeep required, everything is taken care of on your behalf, so you can simply settle in with each arrival.
