Home Acquisition
Our team is locally based and native to the region, with a deep understanding of each destination. Working closely with our trusted real estate partners, we select exceptional properties, from historic homes in the City and Mountains destinations to newer construction homes at the Beach. Each Collection is thoughtfully curated to reflect the character of the region and the way our co-owners live, travel, and spend time there. With deep local relationships and extensive industry experience, we are uniquely positioned to manage every step of the process, beginning with property acquisition.
Design & Renovation
Each Casera home combines beautiful design, attention to detail, and comfort, with finishes and furnishings that create a warm and luxurious environment you’ll feel right at home in. Where possible, we carefully preserve original architectural details, such as authentic Andalusian tilework, integrating them seamlessly with considered updates and contemporary comforts.
With our close local contacts in the construction field, renovations are managed seamlessly, allowing homeowners to book their first holiday in approximately 12 months from commitment to a Collection. Throughout the design and renovation process, you can expect monthly updates, including finalized floorplans, selected finishes, renderings, and progress photography. With Casera, the result is thoughtful design, transparency at every stage, and beautifully finished holiday homes.
Decor & Finishing Touches
Once a renovation is complete, each home is fully furnished with comfortable and high quality pieces, including furniture and artwork, unique to each home and destination. We focus on locally sourcing heritage pieces and seamlessly integrating them with modern furnishings to create cohesive yet distinct environments.
A Collection Home is only complete once we add our thoughtfully selected Casera Essentials, a curated selection of comforts, technology, and design details for for a refined, ready-to-live experience. From home security and high-speed internet to hotel-quality linens and locally crafted dishware, these are just a few of the details that ensure each home is fully functional upon arrival, allowing co-owners to focus on enjoyment from the moment they arrive.

Bookings Begin
Well ahead of your homes’ completion, we’ll hold a virtual meeting to walk through Casera’s simple and equitable online booking platform in detail and answer any questions you may have. You’ll then receive your login details, allowing you to book your first holiday stays in advance, with ample time to plan.
