As each phase of a Collection is fully committed, properties are secured and each home is brought to life.
The four stages from acquisition to completion:
Home Acquisition
Casera’s team is locally based and native to the region, with a deep understanding of each destination. Working closely with trusted real estate partners, properties are identified across each destination, with selection guided by location, character, and potential for design. With established local relationships, each step of the process is managed with care, beginning with property acquisition.
Design & Renovation
Each Casera home combines thoughtful design, attention to detail, and comfort, with finishes and furnishings that create a warm, refined environment. Where possible, original architectural details, such as authentic Andalusian tilework, are carefully preserved and integrated with considered updates and modern design.
With close local construction partners, renovations are managed seamlessly, allowing owners to take their first holiday in approximately 12 months from commitment to a Collection.
Owners are kept up to date throughout the renovation process, with visibility into floorplans, finishes, and design.
Decor & Finishing Touches
Once a renovation is complete, each home is fully furnished with comfortable, high-quality pieces, including furniture and artwork unique to each home and destination. Heritage pieces are locally sourced and seamlessly integrated with modern furnishings to create cohesive yet distinct environments.
A Collection home is only complete once Casera Essentials are in place. This is a curated selection of comforts, technology, and design details for a refined, ready-to-live experience. From home security and high-speed internet to hotel-quality linens and locally crafted dishware, these details ensure each home is fully functional, allowing owners to focus on enjoyment from the moment they arrive.

Bookings Open
Well ahead of your homes’ completion, a virtual meeting is held to walk through Casera’s booking platform in detail and answer any questions. You’ll then receive your login details, allowing you to plan and book your first holiday stays in advance.
