The four stages from acquisition to completion:
Home Acquisition
Casera’s team is based in Cádiz Province, and native to the region, with an intimate knowledge of its coastal towns, historic cities, and mountain villages. Working with a trusted network of real estate partners, properties are identified and selected based on location, character, and design potential. Long-standing relationships and regional expertise ensure that every step, beginning with property acquisition, is managed with care.
Design & Renovation
Each Casera home combines thoughtful design, attention to detail, and comfort, with high-quality finishes and furnishings that create a warm and refined atmosphere. Where possible, original architectural details, such as authentic Andalusian tilework, are carefully preserved and integrated with considered modern updates.
Working with trusted construction partners, Casera carefully manages each renovation, allowing owners to enjoy their first holiday approximately 12 months after committing to a Collection.
Owners are kept up to date throughout the renovation process, with regular updates including floorplans, finish selection, and design decisions.
Decor & Finishing Touches
Once a renovation is complete, each home is fully furnished with comfortable, high-quality pieces, including furniture and artwork unique to each home and its setting. Heritage pieces are locally sourced and carefully integrated with modern furnishings to create cohesive yet distinctive interiors.
A Collection home is only complete once Casera Essentials are in place. This is a curated selection of comforts, technology, and design details for a refined, ready-to-live experience. From home security and high-speed internet to hotel-quality linens and locally crafted dishware, these details ensure each home is fully prepared, allowing owners to focus on enjoyment from the moment they arrive.

Bookings Open
Well ahead of your homes’ completion, a virtual meeting is held to walk through Casera’s booking platform in detail and answer any questions. You’ll then receive your login details, allowing you to plan and book your first holiday stays in advance.
