Home Acquisition
Our team is locally based, native to the region, so we’re intimately knowledgeable about each destination. In collaboration with trusted real estate partners, we hand-select exceptional properties – from historical 18th-19th century homes in the City & Mountains destinations to newer construction homes in the Beach destination – to create thoughtfully curated collections, all grounded in our philosophy of making home collection co-ownership an immersive experience within one region. With strong local relationships and extensive industry experience, we’re uniquely positioned to manage every step of the process, beginning with property acquisition.
Design & Renovation
Each Casera home combines beautiful design, attention to detail, and comfort, with finishes and furnishings that create a warm and luxurious environment you’ll feel right at home in. With our close local contacts in the construction field, our renovations are seamless, allowing homeowners to book their first holiday in about 12 months from commitment to a Collection. You can expect monthly updates on your properties throughout the design & renovation process. You’ll receive finalized floorplans, selected finishes, renderings, and progress pictures along the way. Decor & Finishing Touches
Once a renovation is complete, each home is fully furnished with comfortable and high quality pieces, including furniture and artwork, unique to each home and destination. We focus on locally sourcing heritage pieces and seamlessly integrating them with modern furnishings to create cohesive yet distinct environments.
A Collection Home is only complete once we add our thoughtfully selected Casera Essentials – a curated selection of comforts, technology, and design details chosen to elevate your holiday experience. From home security and high speed internet, to hotel quality linens and locally crafted dishware, our goal is for each co-owner to walk into a fully functional home so the focus is on enjoying your holiday – as soon as you arrive. Bookings Begin!
Well ahead of your homes’ completion, we’ll hold a virtual meeting to go through Casera’s simple and equitable online booking platform in detail and answer any questions you may have.
Then you’ll receive your login details so you can book your first holiday stays at your beautifully completed co-owned homes.
