Ready to live like a local? We started Casera to offer hidden gem holiday home destinations for those who prefer to escape the crowds. We are seeking owners who are ready to plant roots in undiscovered Southern Spain as their authentic second home destination.

Owner Qualification

We ensure every Co-Owner meets our standards of commitment and stability. You’ll confirm your Collection Tier, followed by a careful qualification review.

Confirm Your Commitment

After the Qualification process, you’ll sign a Letter of Intent and provide a deposit to secure your place within your chosen Collection Tier.

Association Creation

Our Collections are completed in three phases, designed so Co-Owners can begin enjoying their homes as early as possible.

Once the first four Co-Owners commit, the Collection Association is formally created, remaining funds are transferred, and the first home is acquired and renovated. Only these founding Co-Owners have access to this home upon completion.

As the next four Co-Owners join, the second home is acquired and renovated. When it’s ready, owners 1–8 share access to both homes.

Finally, once the last five Co-owners commit, the third home begins. Upon its completion, all thirteen Co-Owners enjoy access to all three homes within the Collection.

We host virtual meetings every step of the way, and once all homes are in operation, annual meetings bring all Co-Owners together to review updates and look ahead to the coming year.
