Joining

Becoming a Casera co-owner follows a transparent process that begins with joining a Collection.

Each Collection is built in three phases, allowing co-owners to begin enjoying their homes as soon as possible. Before full commitment of funds, Casera completes a qualification review to ensure each co-owner meets standards of commitment and stability, and that all co-owners within a phase are ready to move forward together.

Every Collection is designed for long-term stability from day one, supported by an established reserve fund, comprehensive property insurance, and a clear legal structure that protects each co-owner’s interests, all included within the purchase price. Homes are delivered debt-free, ensuring your investment remains secure and responsibly managed.

Once your Collection homes are in operation, you’ll experience effortless ownership. Annual maintenance fees are collected prior to home delivery and once each year thereafter. Casera manages property care, maintenance, on-call support, and long-term planning so you can simply arrive and enjoy. Our approach is built around three key areas:

Consistent Upkeep
Each home is well maintained, with annual maintenance fees covering local taxes, insurance, small repairs, and a management fee. The Owners Association is kept informed of all work, ensuring full visibility into how your homes are cared for. With each stay, a separate cleaning and utilities fee is billed per co-owner, and homes are professionally cleaned and restocked with essentials.

On Call Support
If anything unexpected arises during your holiday, your dedicated Casera home manager is just a phone call away, coordinating trusted local professionals to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. This service is included within your annual maintenance fee.

Long-Term Planning
A dedicated reserve fund is established from the start and maintained through part of the annual maintenance fees, supporting larger projects such as repainting or exterior work. Periodic assessments and long-term maintenance planning help ensure each home remains in excellent condition over time.

Long view

Casera ownership is designed for the long term, a Collection of homes meant for lasting enjoyment.

Should you decide to sell your share, you maintain full ownership flexibility. As with any property investment, you set your price and may benefit from long-term market appreciation. Casera can assist in facilitating the sale, or you’re free to manage it independently, with all prospective buyers completing the same qualification process as original co-owners. Sales may take place after one full year of use, based on the phase in which you joined.
