A simple path to holiday home ownership in southern Spain
Inspired by the Spanish word casera, meaning homemade and rooted in the comforts of home, Casera offers a lasting connection to southern Spain. Through Collection ownership, own three homes in distinct destinations. Enjoy the variety of beach, city, and mountain living with the familiarity of returning to one region.
A Collection is shared by 13 owners, each enjoying up to 12 weeks of annual use between the three homes, and in some cases more. The homes are held through a legal entity, with all owners holding an equal equity share. Like traditional homeownership, shares may be held long term or sold if plans change.
Casera does not retain an ownership interest in the homes. Casera’s role is to guide the entire journey, from bringing together the group of owners and establishing the Owners Association to selecting, designing, renovating, and furnishing the homes. Once in use, Casera manages operations on behalf of the owners, including proactive maintenance and on-call repairs, and provides an owner platform that centralizes booking, home information, and communication.
Collection owners enjoy the benefits of holiday home ownership without the usual demands of owning alone, from upfront investment to ongoing upkeep.
Collections are offered in tiers, each defined by home size and ownership level. Every Collection includes one home in each destination: Beach, City, and Mountains.

Although the three homes within a Collection are close enough to feel connected, each offers its own character and rhythm.
A SMART WAY TO OWN
Collection tiers span two-bedroom homes from €190,000 to five-bedroom homes at €495,000, providing ownership of three fully renovated and furnished homes. The homes within a Collection have a combined value significantly above the individual share price, while annual maintenance fees, shared across owners, cover the full care of the properties.
For a fraction of the cost of owning a comparable home individually, ownership of the three properties includes professional management, long-term appreciation potential, and the flexibility to sell a share after the first year.
THOUGHTFUL USE
Collection ownership is designed around how second homes are actually used. Rather than purchasing and maintaining a property that may sit empty for much of the year, owners share both the initial investment and the ongoing costs, while still enjoying the amount of time they would typically spend in a second home.
Sharing costs makes ownership more accessible while providing professionally managed homes. The result is a more balanced approach to holiday home ownership.

Casera’s booking platform is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. It provides equal access to all three homes throughout the year, balancing demand while ensuring fairness for all owners within a Collection.
With three homes shared by 13 owners, each owner has up to 12 weeks of annual use within the Collection, and in some cases more. Because travel periods are seasonally weighted, annual use varies based on travel preferences, with peak season travel generally resulting in fewer overall weeks and more flexible periods allowing for additional time in the homes.
NO UPKEEP
Casera delivers homes that are thoughtfully designed, renovated, and fully furnished, down to the linens, tableware, and everyday essentials. Everything is prepared before each arrival, with maintenance and repairs handled for you. Simply arrive and settle in.
