Casera intentionally chose Andalusia’s Cádiz Province because, despite offering the qualities that draw people to southern Europe—a sun-filled climate, coastlines, accessibility, and quality of life—it has yet to attract the same level of international attention as many nearby destinations. Historic cities, whitewashed villages, and coastal towns continue to be shaped by the people who live here, allowing Collection owners to become part of communities where local life remains the defining character of place.

Some multi-home co-ownership models offer homes spread across different European countries. Casera intentionally chose a different approach. By keeping Collection homes within a single province of southern Spain, owners build a lasting connection to one place while still enjoying the variety of owning multiple homes.
With every return, cultural customs, familiar streets, local markets, and seasonal festivals become part of your story. Over time, southern Spain feels more like home.
Ownership without the upkeep
Collection ownership is professionally managed from the delivery of fully renovated, furnished homes through ongoing maintenance. Bookings, housekeeping, repairs, and owner support are coordinated by Casera, allowing owners to simply arrive and enjoy their time in southern Spain.
Shared costs with more time
Sharing ownership with a carefully matched group of owners reduces both the upfront investment and the ongoing costs of maintaining a holiday home. While many co-ownership models offer around six weeks of annual use within a single home, Casera provides up to twelve weeks across a Collection of three homes.

Every Casera home is designed as an individual project, reflecting the architecture and character of its setting. From restored historic homes to contemporary coastal retreats, interiors are thoughtfully furnished with durable materials, bespoke layouts, and enduring design. Reserved exclusively for owners and never rented, each home offers the comfort, privacy, and familiarity of a true second home.

Collection ownership is designed around how second homes are actually used. Rather than purchasing and maintaining a property that may sit empty for much of the year, owners share both the initial investment and the ongoing costs, while still enjoying the amount of time they would typically spend in a second home.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning property renovation, development, and design, we source, acquire, renovate, furnish, and manage every Collection home directly. Owners benefit from established local relationships, firsthand knowledge of regulations and licensing, and a team with a direct presence in the places they own.
