What is a Finca?
A Finca is a traditional Spanish rural estate defined by natural surroundings, privacy, and simple, timeless architecture.
What do Casera Fincas include?
Casera Fincas typically span 3 to 5 hectares (7 to 12 acres), with olive groves or vineyards, and feature a beautifully designed home with generous living spaces and accommodation for up to twelve guests. Outdoor areas include a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fireside seating, and a sauna.

Whether planted with olive trees or vineyards, every estate produces its own harvest, contributing to local cooperatives that craft olive oil or wine. These harvests help maintain the estate and offer co-owners the quiet satisfaction that comes from seeing their land thrive, a connection to Andalusian tradition that endures season after season.
Where are the Fincas located?
Our Fincas are located in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia – an area known for its ideal climate, rolling vineyards, olive groves, and proximity to both mountains and sea.
Creating Your Ideal Estate
Our Finca Co-Ownership model offers a more bespoke experience than our Collection concept. Once eight shares are committed, typically between two and eight co-owners, Casera works directly with the Co-Owners Association to understand the group’s preferences, followed by securing the ideal property.
Depending on the co-owners’ vision, additional features such as a paddle or tennis court, stables, and expanded wellness areas can be incorporated to create a truly tailored estate. We also develop a comprehensive maintenance plan specific to each finca, designed around its unique attributes and long-term care needs.
