Interior Design
Every Casera home is treated as a unique project, with its own distinct style and finishes. At the Beach:
In all Collection Tiers, you can expect a modern, newly constructed home on Costa de la Luz – in Zahara de los Atunes – as most of the development here has occurred in the past 20 years, designed for contemporary coastal living just moments from the beach.
PRIMA TIER
Beach Homes in our Prima Tier are detached single family homes with sea views.
CLASICA TIER & GRANDE TIER
Beach Homes in our Clasica & Grande Tiers are either apartments or row homes
within a residential community of Zahara de los Atunes.
At the City Center:
In all Collection Tiers, you can expect a 19th century home in Jerez de la Frontera located in the historic city center, often featuring original tilework, lofty spanish style ceilings, and wrought-iron balconies.
PRIMA TIER
The confirmed City Center home in our inaugural Prima Tier Collection was built in 1820 and shares a courtyard entrance with Jerez’s oldest church, a landmark dating back to the 13th century. Renovation is currently underway.
CLASICA TIER & GRANDE TIER
City Center Homes in our Clasica & Grande Tiers are either apartments or row homes in Jerez de la Frontera’s historic zone.
In the Mountains:
A historic 18th or 19th century home in the Pueblos Blancos – in Grazalema – situated within the village’s protected historic zone, often featuring original fireplaces, wood beams, and terracotta floors.
