As the only co-ownership company offering collections within a single region, we create the opportunity to become a true local. When you invest in a Casera Collection, you transform Andalusia, Spain from a holiday destination into your true second home.
Each Casera Collection includes three homes set in distinct destinations, allowing you to enjoy the richness of the region with a variety of holiday experiences.
For every Collection, we bring together 13 like-minded Co-Owners who want the luxury of a holiday home without the usual burdens of sole ownership. Each Collection is held through a homeowners association structured as a corporate entity, which owns the properties directly – all 13 Co-Owners hold an equal share. Casera does not retain ownership in the homes; our role is to facilitate and manage the entire journey – from bringing together Co-Owners and establishing the ownership structure to selecting and furnishing the properties, and overseeing operations and maintenance throughout their use.

Each destination is close enough for convenience but far enough apart to make owning a home in each truly worthwhile. Casera makes it possible to enjoy all three, for less than the investment of owning just one.
A SMART INVESTMENT
With Casera, make your holidays work for you. Our Collection Tiers range from €190,000 for 2 bedroom homes up to €485,000 for 5 bedroom homes complete with pools, gardens, and spa-like amenities. While the annual maintenance fees for upkeeping your Collection Homes might equate to a few weeks in a luxury holiday rental in Spain, as a Casera Collection Co-Owner, you’ll have much more, with 12 weeks’ average of annual usage.
For a fraction of the cost of owning a single holiday home, you’ll get to enjoy a portfolio of three homes valued at nearly ten times your investment. Enjoy your homes with the potential for future growth in your investment and the flexibility to sell your share after the first year of use.
THOUGHTFUL USE
Most second homes sit empty for the majority of the year, used just 30 days on-average annually. Casera takes a more intentional approach. By bringing together 13 like-minded Co-Owners to share each Collection, Casera homes are used more often and enjoyed more fully. Our model reduces waste and maximizes both occupancy and enjoyment, making better use of beautiful homes in hidden-gem locations.
With shared ownership also comes shared responsibility – meaning lower individual costs and streamlined operations, for an overall more sustainable way to enjoy holiday home ownership.

Every family travels differently, which is why our fair and equitable booking system is designed to adapt to your lifestyle. It ensures equal access to all three homes between Co-Owners, whether during peak holiday seasons or for extended off-season stays. With priority week selection built in, you’ll always have the opportunity to reserve the times that matter most to you, without worrying that all weeks you want will already be taken.
With three homes shared by 13 Co-Owners, each will enjoy an average of 12 weeks per year. With seasonal weeks weighted by a flexible points system, your time can vary between 7 and 15 weeks annually, depending on when and how you choose to holiday.

Casera removes the hassle, delivering fully turnkey homes; seamlessly handling everything from property acquisition, architectural design and renovation, to furnishing and outfitting each home with all the essentials and comforts for living. During your stays, you can even enjoy hotel-style convenience with access to our Casera Concierge service, to help make the most of your time in your homes away from home.
Behind the scenes, each home is meticulously maintained with regular professional cleaning, proactive upkeep, and year-round attentive care. From arrival to departure, we’re here to ensure every holiday is relaxing and stress-free.
